Who We Are
Heritage Land Improvements is a family owned and operated, father-son, business with over 50 years of combined experience. James Smith, the father, has been involved in property management and improvement his entire life. Cody, his son, now operates as his business partner.
What We Do
We have great respect for property and a landowner's investment to improve it. Our process starts with consultation. Next we provide the landowner with a document detailing our plan of action. This ensures you always know what is happening with your property. After approval of the plan, then we will begin implementation.
Where We Do It
Our offices are located in Huntsville and New Waverly, Texas. We service an area roughly 120 miles in any direction with an exception being south of us. We do not service Montgomery or Harris county. For jobs with larger scopes, we would happily consider travelling further.
